What Are The 3 E’s Of Our Process?
Examine
This process starts with the completion of a financial needs analysis to determine how much of your exit and retirement goal needs to be satisfied from the sale of your business. We will then shift our focus to your business by performing a comprehensive assessment of its current value based on its attractiveness and readiness for a transfer. If there is a gap between what you need from the business and its current value, we will identify the value drivers that need to be improved to increase the value and transferability of the business.
Evaluate
Next, we will create a recommended action plan to improve the value drivers of your business. This will put it on the right path to increased value and transferability, as well as closing the gap between its current value and what its value needs to be to meet your financial goals.
Execute
The final step is where we will work side-by-side with you and your team on implementing your selected recommended action plans from start-to-finish. This includes conducting periodic meetings and workshops, hands-on coaching sessions, and holding you and your team members accountable for actions and results to ensure success.
